If one needs to employ

Although this would be useful, I can imagine that as there is such a broad number of members on an international scale, you would have to be lucky to find someone who is close by... having said that, if people are on the lookout for work, they may stop by at the forum

I think it is far easier to list items for sale as most things can be sent worldwide. (with the exception of plants/seeds)
