If anyone is looking for a gift for a fellow gardener, or themselves, the book from carol's series is absolutley lovely.

Stunning photography, and written beautifully. It is written as a diary, so it's great to see what she is doing at current times.

I got it free for subscribing to Garden's Illustrated magazine.

    Just thought I'd recommend.

Is this full of perennials? I'm very tempted to by this book for my mum for Mothers day, but she really needs a good book on perennials, any suggestions?:what:

There are loads of perennials in the book. I've already jotted down several perennials I now want, that I hadn't even heard of.

Pixie, the RHS guide on perennials is excellent.
