    I really like "Chrome" i think its faster and i have learnt where it hides the bookmarks etc !!!:lollol:
    I like to work with 4/5 tabs and flit one to the other :thumb:,and every so often when i click the tab it closes the page:dh:,why is it doing this and I cant seem to see the setting to stop it.:mad:

    I use chrome too and agree it is fast :)

    You aren't clicking the little cross on the tab are you?

    Anybody have any other ideas, if i close and start again it usually cure it ,but its a nuisance

    If you are moving from one to another and wanting to keep them all open' try right clicking the tab and then selecting 'pin tab', this reduces the size of the tab icon and removes the 'x' it should 'theoretically' then be impossible for the computer to decide that you have chosen to close even thought you haven't.

    You can use ctrl and tab to flick between tabs instead of clicking them with the mouse. That would get by you possibly clicking the x. I seem to have a vague memory that double click a tab also closes it, although might be wrong, so maybe you were doing that.

    So it did it again today ,i wasn`t clicking the x or double clicking either, in the end i closed it down went to explorer ,its so slow in comparison, for a bit then went back and it was ok.Just as if it resets something.
