don't know if any of you remembered my post help needed for garden back in january well the update is the housing association would not help with any issues but they sent me the drainage plans for the house and we are connected to storm drains !! so we bought the draiange channels and laid them across the whole of the garden dug down to the storm pipe and connected up and hey presto no more floods !!!! cost about £90 to do that part we are now laying a new patio 2 rows left to do. have dug up all the rest of the garden and the stones and rocks are unbeliveable what we found some we annot get out. this tuesday someone is going to rotovate roll and lay the new lawn so the garden will be more or less finished. it has been bloody hard work but got a good result in the end. I have never attempted doing drainage before but with my husband giving some help as he is disabled I am proud of what we have acheived.
just thought I would bring you up to date on what happened

What a transformation - well done! It will look smashing once you get some flowers into pots & baskets. That will be the icing on the cake!!
