    I live in the north east of england and have only been gardening for one year' So yes iam a newb at gardening :scratch:, Last year i grew potatoes turnip, beetroot, onions and leeks and was more than happy with the results :yess:,
    I just hope that i can do as well this year, The spuds were lovely:yess:
    Anyway iam looking forward to getting to know you good people :cheers: and hopefully gain some knowledge about gardening'

    Hiya, welcome to the Forum. I love your name!! Gave me a giggle.
    Like you, I've only really been gardening for about a year, but you're already streets ahead of me, as my spuds got taken in with blight last year, so I lost the lot.
    I still feel very new to gardening, and know I have lots to learn over the years ahead. But I can honestly say, that everyone here will make you feel very welcome, and will offer advice to any questions you might have.

    Thanks for the warm welcome joolz mate, This forum looks like there is loads of interesting stuff to be read about growing veg and all other things, Sorry to hear about the spuds joolz, I have 8 of them potatoe planters stood in my mini greenhouse with international kidney sets planted in them, They are starting to poke up out of the compost after 2 weeks planting,

    This site is so friendly iam going to love it here :happydance:, All i need to do now is take the knowledge from gardeners corner and transfer it to my garden:scratch:,
