My Wonderful Wife...

    Well today being mothers day my wife has had a great day, but she also treated me to something special; a Magnolia 'Yellow River', as a thank you for organising everything today.

    I saw it at our local farm shop last week and made no secret that it was a sought after plant and one that I would love and today it is now in our back garden awaiting planting.

    Not a bad price either at £10 for a 2 1/2ft 3 strong stemmed plant...I've seen smaller specimens at a lot more....

    Happy Days all round....
