The rains in Spain and Portugal!

No rain here either, and there hasn't been for weeks. Some of my plants are beginning to look a bit distressed, so I'll have to get the hose out as there is no rain forecast any time soon. One rain-barrel is empty and the other almost gone, the ground is as dry as a bone and the grass is going yellow. However, it has been a fabulous Spring and I've been wearing my summer clothes - unheard of in April, normally. I'd love the sunshine to continue, but a nice mitigating downpour (preferably overnight) would be very welcome.
