Thought I'd say a quick hello.

I've always enjoyed pottering around in the garden. My previously small gargen, used to be overrun with shade, so I didn't manage much, but crammed as many veg as I could, into pots and the one sunny border!

I'm now in a different house, with a bordered garden that was started by some apparently lovely old lady, some years ago, that has been left to nature by the last two tenants. I'm aiming to reclaim it (have been pruning the shrubs like a woman posessed), and fill the borders with butterfly friendly perennials. My main mission for the moment though, it to contain the buttercup, sorrel and wild violet!

I only have one, long distant friend, who shares my love of gardening, so it will be lovely to come here and drain you all of your experience:wink: You'll be sick of my questions by the end of the week.
