I have constructed the little seat - i had some lumps of wood - i think the base is oak and the top is mahogany - have started to treat it with linseed oil. It took me AGES to saw the oak! I only have a handsaw so was a labour of love! My next job is to sort out the bird table - i think i am going to zeebrite it!
