Baby Birds in the garden.

Our garden is alive with fledglings, these Starlings have just fledged from our loft space.

 

They are eating the last of my Bombay Potatoes and rice!

 

I've got hundred of starling around here Lad.

Sometimes the noise is defening, and they will all eat my apples in a few month time.

 

Good job they've left the nest, then.

 

i had one i the front garden earlier i couldnt catch it,its tail didnt look as formed as those on ur pic so i hope a cat aint got it but its vanished

 

Those birds must have a taste for spice as the Bombay Potatoes are a bit hot!

 

lol you hate such problems. but really do wana end up throwing a kitty after them? :( i dont know birds are too good to be killed this way :\ maybe you could shoo them from time to time :((

we have a lot of starlings as well,and an ever increasing number of part white ones

 

47 Starlings of various ages are stripping my fat balls and seed, I am replenishing twice a day! Love to see I am doing something to feed the baby birds, But the noise! lol

With white one's the name is Leucism a common trait in Sturnus vulgaris.
