I want to plant a row of strong-perfumed floribunda roses for my wife to use in her craftwork. There’s plenty of space as the row can be up to 20 feet long and there will be several feet of space on either side of the row.

    1. I would appreciate suggestions and advice as to which varieties others would say are the best for a strong perfume.

    2. I’d, also, appreciate advice as to the planting distances.

I live in the South of England and the soil is light clay, which I intend to improve, as best I can, before planting the roses.

Come to think about it, it would look nice, perhaps, to have yellow and red roses planted alternatively in the row

    All help greatly appreciated!

Advice on how close together floribunda roses can be planted

Sorry for the rubbish title! It was a case of the fingers not going where the brain thought they were going - which included the "submit reply" button!!!

The title should have read - "Advice on how close together floribunda roses can be planted", which is not, even, close to what I sent!
