    Looks very like my francoa sonchifolia John tall thin flower spikes in summer with white flowers with pink flecks, very pretty, more common name bridal wreath.

      I would agree with you Simbad. Whilst it doesn't flower for that long, you can leave the flower stalks on as added interest for a long period.
