    Hi Marley

I do a lot of special belts, waistcoats, tool rolls, saddlebags, seats. Mostly biker stuff and only for back patch club members.

I also make a lot of adult fetish gear in leather, wood, alloy and stainless steel. Do some repairs on horse tack as well. Made quite a few film and photoshoot props, actors props. Last year I made some swords and battleaxes for display.

This is part of a seat I made for one of my club brothers. All hand tooled by me.

This a piece I did for a club calendar advert. Hope the webmaster doesn't object to my number being in the picture. This was done freehand and has wax polish to finish it off. The coloured parts are leather dye.

I have done quite a few large wall placques of club patches but cannot post pictures of them on the internet. Some of them are 5 feet square. All hand tooled, then fixed to a backing of some kind and framed. Take quite a while to do them as there is usually a lot of detail and they have to be very precise. (We tend to get a bit stroppy if someone does a picture of our club patch and don't get it right).

    Hi Music

Tell ya what mate, if you cycled past my window you would be very late home!!!:D:D:D Be happy to offer you a cuppa if you did ride all the way down here just to wave at me as you went past. Think you would have earnt it.

My bikes tend to have rather large and powerful engines, make a lovely sound and generally go very very fast.

    Chopper.

Here ya go Marley. This is a fantasy knife I made for a collector. This one I made out of 316 stainless steel for the blade and 5mm stainless steel mooring chain for the handle. Every link was welded to the one next to it so that it became one solid piece. The ball on the end I turned up out of an offcut of 70mm thick stainless steel. Once the welding was done it took me most of a day to mirror polish it.

The presentation box I made out of panels I took from an old cabinet and then covered it in book binding leather with brass fittings.

This is a pair of wide glide yolks I made for one of my Harleys. I made both yolksout ofone piece of HE30 alloy. The steering stem and all of the fixing bolts, I made from 316 stainless steel. Then mirror polished the whole lot. Won a prize for that job. Best engineering at a custom show.

Lovely work Chopper, I'm envious of your skills :thumb:

I'm curious what the "1%" stands for? (But if its something you can tell me only if you kill me then I'm happy you keep it to yourself!)

Chopper, you have some great skills, your freehand dragon is perfect. I can't see you sitting around all winter waiting for the spring, you are a very busy man!

Kristen, I'll never be allowed grow lights in the extension, unless Mrs JWK was persuaded they would help her with her winter SAD problem. Also tried to pull up some parsnips last year in the big freeze and just ended up snapping them :( They won't go to waste, we were eating parsnips fresh out of the garden till March/April time IIRC last spring.

Hey Chopper, the slugs had it away with all the lettuce you gave me and all but one of the cauliflowers.

Am now nurturing the last one :gnthb:

"unless Mrs JWK was persuaded they would help her with her winter SAD problem"

Well ... there is special wavelength for that (AFAIK) but I love having the light on in my office, it is uber-bright in here (and Mrs K says that the weeds in the rosebed outside my window are going to be huge next Spring as it is now daylight out there during the night!) so Mrs JWK may well find it helps
