    hello, what a great site. i just thought id introduce myself. i dont have a garden or an allotment myself but for the last 3 years or so i have been tending my dads garden since he became disabled.

    between us we have some plants that we cant 100% identify. once ive got some photos sorted out i will try and post them here and pick your brains (cheeky i know!)

    anyhoo, hi again from what is now looking like a thundery (and lets hope rainy) northampton.

    Hi Herbi, welcome to Gardeners Corner:thumbsup::D I've just spent a week in Rutland and you could see the land was dry in all the counties around including Northants, but least you should have got some of the rain last Monday, although it needs a lot more to help the farmers.

      indeed. the land is dry, yes we had the rain that you speak of earlier in the week. im not a farmer or even a gardener. THE LAND IS DRY. BRING ON RAIN.
