Not the sort of blackberry you'd stick in a crumble with apples, but the sort that you use for 'phone calls, texts, MMS, emails, and a 1001 other things I shall never use mine for.

Before I had mine, I'd get my fair share of emails, some from companies like HP, Amazon or Homebase telling me about their latest offers etc., I'd get the occasional one from places like GC telling me about the new password activation or from other forums letting me know a reply had been posted following something I'd said. Now .... it may just be co-incidence, but ever since I've had my Blackberry®, (about a month now - a rolling contract with O2) I've had precisely 3 emails - and one of them was spam!

Any ideas? Or have I just suddenly become little miss no mates :cry3:

Is your Blackberry linked into your email account? When I got my Blackberry, the whizz kid in the O2 shop linked it in to my hotmail account, so I get the same emails on the Blackberry as my computer inbox. I actually find it quite annoying having about 50 unwanted emails a day!! Having said that I love my Blackberry and find it so much easier to use than a mobile phone.

Hi Pru - yep, it's linked to both my email accounts.

Typical innit - I finally bow to pressure from the younger generation, get myself a load of technology (that to be honest, I neither really wanted nor needed) and no-one wants to talk to me. :cry3::cry3:

I'm going now. I'm going to email myself, just to make myself feel loved and wanted!
