    If you crush the leaves do they smell of Lemon? if so it could be a lemon bush? Any chance of a close up of the leaves and flowers?

    Hard to be sure from the picture, but initially I too would go for Deutzia Scabra...

    Good evening Mountam and welcome to the site.:dbgrtmb: Could we have a pic giving a bit more detail of the leaves and flowers ? I`m not sure about Deutzia, I`m leaning more towards Philadelphus.:thumbsup:
