My once good beetroots?

    I looked in the garden today and over night this is wats happened to my strongest growin beetroot ...all the leaves have gone but it doesnt look unhealthy will it still grow? and where did the leaves go?! thanks lol

    looks as thought theres 2 left i think but u can see the 4 or so purple stems the rest have gone from

    Try looking for rabbit droppings. :scratch:

    The leaves should regrow if they are allowed to.

      Try covering them with some fleece or netting and keep watering them and with luck they should grow back again.:yess:

      Don't get too despondant as this is one of the things you have to put up with gardening/allotmenteering and you just have to put it down to experience and carry on.:)

        Thanks very much it still looks a strong plant the stems are still bright green I think its going to be ok. Im gonna buy a fleece thing off ebay lol. I only really have compost seeds and 2 hands tools and miracle gro im really amateur atm lol great site this! x
