new gardener keen to learn

Hi all im a new member just joined today i am a keen but new gardener with my first small plot doing well so far i am having difficulties in identifiying what is weeds and what isnt i have one in particular at the min that im unsure about. have attached pics to this thread and if anyone could help it would be appreciated

Looks like a Thorn Apple

Very poisonous if it is.

 

It is quite tall doesnt have any spore type bulbs on it or anything just looks like a leafy plant we thought it may be a chilli plant but it seems to be growing at a fast pace and quite thick which makes me think it is a weed rather than anything else should it just be pulled normally and not disposed of in the compost heap?

 

Definately not a Chilli.

If you do pull it up, wear gloves just to be on the safe side.

 

Thanks for all your advice and help its great to know people are here if i need advice Think ill just pull it up and bin it if its def not a chilli as it is in the patch were we planted chillis. Thanks again for all your help :D
