Dai, how about producing a few sample sections, maybe a couple of pages or so, and then post them on here to see what people think?

I think most authors do that, except instead of testing it on the audience, they test it on the publisher, who then decides whether or not to commission the work.

Dai by a Diary, I did not really mean your personal diary
      More sort of
Febuary, well those of you intending to grow Peas now is the time to prepare your bed
do this do that, add this put in some of that, and regulary hoe it and keep it weed free, ready for planting around June
Rather than waste this space plant some quick salads lettuce, raddish and crop

I would like it to be BASIC gardening for beginners, with just the basic starting out crops, and/ flowers , shrubs not specialist crops or shrubs

I know it is a big ask, the information is out there if we work hard to find it
Though it is not really the information I need
The year calendar book , just says Feb prepare your beds for xxx, It would be nice to know exactly what we need to do to "prepare our beds"
to me that means fold two sheets, two blankets and one counterpane and stack neatly on top of the clean pillow, then await inspection :-)

      Regards Jack McHammocklashing

Jack, I am thinking more along the lines of, " after about an hour, and you are getting fed up of digging, then sit down. Pull out the flask, and have a cuppa. Then, pick up the spade, and start again."
