    Thank you everyone.
I haven't eaten any wheat since Friday and I'm feeling so much better this morning.
No sickness or running to the toilet every 5 mins.
I'm not sure how long it takes to react after you do eat something your body rejects like this gluten problem.
In a way I hope it is confirmed one way or the other as I can start to deal with it.
But it certainly seems that way.

Cluless the doctor did consider food poisoning but after the blood tests I had and the length of time I have had it and all the symptoms he ruled that out.
Due to the fact I have auto immune disease and an under active thyroid he said Coeliac disease was very probable.
