Suttons online - delivery time?

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone had any feedback on the suttons delivery service, I ordered a plum tree in January & it was to be sent from Febuary onwards, it was dispatched about 16-18 days ago but there is still no sign of it, I'm worried that the poor thing will be in distress :cnfs: Anyone have any past experience of suttons, did your items arrive soon after they were dispatched?

 

I got a letter today saying the item was returned to them as 'undeliverable' and a replacement is being arranged. What does undeliverable even mean?:cnfs: They deliver to Northern Ireland so I don't understand the issue, ah well hopefully the next one will make it. Although, I'd have liked it to be in the ground already.
