hey, love this forum. been lurking in the background as a visitor for a while now, been entertained, picked up some good tips.

I live in sussex with husband and dogs, love wildlife and native wildflowers, ponds and veg growing but have smallish garden. what to do when you have more ideas than space? buy house with bigger garden and work long hours to pay for it? no way. How about give up job, work as jobbing gardener and get paid to do something you love. That was 10 years ago and never looked back.

So i've learnt a lot about some things, hope i can help, look forwards to learning loads more.

Hi Charley and welcome to the forum, I'm a relative newbie myself so thought I'd check in and say hi. What are your horticultural plans this year? Chris

Welcome Charly. I think we all suffer from the same problem - lack of space. Currently its lack of space inside the house, which is full of seedlings.

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

I've heard we're having a really hot summer so plans for this year include deckchairs & shady spots. Lots of time sitting around chatting to you guys.

    Hi there Charly0).....Welcome to G-Corner.
I tried job gardening once but my love of gardening became a chore. I hated being asked to do things which I considered wrong ,in my eyes that is:D
Anyway I hope you are enjoying your work/passion:thumb:
