Any help identifying this plant greatly appreciated

    Hi all can anyone please help me identify this plant . It's sort of like a palm but the winter frosts have killed it off . Have attached several pics . Many thanx in anticipation.

    very winter damaged cordylines.....you could try cutting off all the leaves and leaving a bare trunk keep it watered and it may make new buds on the stem, having said that the trunk dosent look so clever on that one, although could be the picture.

    They look like gonners to me.

    they are relatively cheap, so I think I would give up on those and buy some new ones this year.

    Thanks to you all , just had a look online , there are so many varieties , will need to take advice on which is best suited , although theses ones were growing at some rate

    The ordinary green ones are the hardiest, Cordyline australis.

    The named cultivars tend to be less hardy and smaller growing in general.

    Over here the common or garden C.australis has been hammered.:thmb:
