I've pickled onions in the past but they've been ones I bought. This year I've grown my own, but I'm not sure if I have to dry them first or can I pickle them straight away?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks.

No need to dry. Slice and pickle!
Try them pickled with slices of cucumber.

mine have been 'pickling' for nearly a year now .... bought the jar with pickling vinegar at Tesco a year ago .... bought some pickling vinegar ... added a few dried hot chillies

and have been to scared to try them
