How to extract Cordyline australis palm seeds from the pods?

I have just harvest my palm and have about a million seed pods.

what's the best way to get the seeds out of the fleshy pods as it will take for ever to pick them out separately :DOH:

 

Next Spring you will probably find seedlings coming up anyway, carefully dig them out and pot them up.

 

Seed pods?

I never had a close look at mine but I thought they were more like a small berry until ripe.

They do disperse themselves quite well as strongy says.

 

The branch got blown of the palm so i had to get them a bit earlier then i would of liked.
by what you have said there not rip yet.
I will try and dry them out and see what happens
