If the local pub spent £557m in two years on their sunday league team, I'd personally expect them to win the premiership eventually.

Being an unbiased Welshman. I would say it`s not City`s fault the Glazers won`t spend money.

Is it the other 19 team's fault some Arab wants to blow £557m in two years at a club with no history at all?

And United will always be the world's biggest club, billions of pounds spent at the berties won't change this fact.

Also- I never mentioned the Glazers, or said we don't spend, because it's a fact we do, but compared to Citeh, we spend pennies.

United will stop them. Like we stopped Blackburn, like we stopped Chelsea. All these small clubs with money and no history, will never be Manchester United.

That sounds like sour grapes to me. Are you trying to tell me Ferguson wouldn`t spend, spend, spend if he had the chance? And I thought Real Madrid was the worlds number one club, with United in second place?:D

No.1 Manchester United - Kurt Badenhausen - Forbes

        suck it, Dai.

I know how much you LOVE saying the opposite of what I say, but please refrain from spewing trash in my direction like you do non-stop on here, cheers.

        Sour? We're Manchester United.
