      the washing line has to go ....

      get one of those ones from argos that clips on a wall and when you want to use it, you pull the end and connect it to another anchor point on the opposite side of the garden

      the existing BBQ has to be demolished, and get a weber charcoal kettle BBQ with cover

      the greenhouse has to be moved right to the back of the property

          Plus, for my 2p worth, if it were me I'd be reducing the size of that patio (more growing space) and I'd replace that wall made of "flower" shaped concrete blocks, but thats only coz I absolutely hate them :-)

          the bbq stays Carl built it for his birthday party, we moved the greenhouse from the right to the left because the veg patch is going there, we are going to get rid of the blocks I hate them too
