sowing calender

      wow thats a long list i had never thought about the size of a garden you would need to plant every thing, i only have a little terrace one myself so i will never plant it all !! well not here anyway

      I looked at the January section but thought many of the things were too tender to be sown (by me) now. I don't think I could provide delicate things like impatiens and nasturtiums with enough warmth and light right now, so I wondered why they included them in the January section. It's not like nasturtiums benefit from an early start, you could get a result from a sowing as late as July. Maybe it's aimed more towards professional growers?

      Shame, because I really could use a guide as to what can or should be sown now.

      I find with any guides like this you have to still play by ear,depending where you live and also the crystal ball has to come out as to regards expected/unexpected weather changes.
