    Love the 'egg credit card' comment Music - hmmmm, wonder when my ducks will start laying again for the year!......

    Snope is great to check things out on - you can always try it with the emails that go around - they're all on there! But......never hurts to be cautious either and just keep your wits about you :)

    Yep, those virus alert emails, telling us all about the latest, terrifying, 'it will destroy your PC', forward on to your friends are spam. They're clever though - by everyone forwarding them to everyone they know they slow down the system...

    Don't get me started on those stupid emails telling you to send them to 'five of your friends within the next 10 minutes to receive good luck all day long':mad:

    Aaaron, I don't have that problem as I haven't got any friends :hehe: :hehe:.
    Seriously though, I agree with you. We are always getting these 'warnings' and I now have a standard reply telling them to check it out before sending it :mad: - and also telling them that they have now sent the list of all their friends' email addresses to everyone else because they never bother to send blind copies.

    Shiney, a lot of web users wouldn't know how to blind carbon copy when sending an email!
