    Now you wouldn't believe this would you, unless I showed you?

    Reflectors on a bin, what is going on in there heads when they design these things?? its not going on the road or even the pavement, H&S going crazy yet again

      I think it is a good idea, yours may not be going on the road, you may decant your food waste into another recepticle but others will and to have advance warning of a bin blown over into the middle of the road by the wind is a good thing. 9/10 Cheers, Tony.

        the pavement is part for the highway when dark the 4 corners for the vehical must have lights :thumbsup::):loll:

        I like it, i reversed once and forgot the bin was there as i couldnt see it as was dark and knocked it everywhere.

        A few years ago, a neighbour I didn't get on with had a tendency to put his full wheelie bin right outside my house, where I wanted to park. For a few weeks I'd get out of my car, and calmly move his bin and jam it right up against his front door. Then one day, after a bad day at work, I arrived home and there it was. There was nobody nearby who may have got hurt, so I accidentally ran his bin over. Slowly at first so that it didn't actually fall over until it was back outside his house rather than mine.

        Had that bin have had reflectors on it, that accident may have been prevented.
