For the second time our 'Roger Black' x Trainers have fallen to bits:mad:

I almost went head first into the window and the broken handle hit the radiator with such a whack I thought it had been punctured!
Biggest worry is it'll be a couple of weeks before a new one arrives and I hate not exercising every night:(

Glad you are safe though and not hurt - could've been worse!

Blimey, that's a poor design to let you down like that - lucky you didn't hurt yourself Nick!

Crikey Paladin that was a shock for you!

I hope you can get it sorted out.

Next time can we have a pic of you on it?

Hi paladin .noticed in your photograph, the metal looks very thin, on a part of the machine that is going to take a big strain as you do your exercise. as the top half of your body is putting all the pressure on the handles. i also notice there are no side strengthening on the upper half of the machine . could you please tell me ,what is the weight of the unit ? and also i must say you were very lucky, as the way that metal ruptured i cannot imagine what injuries you could have received
if you had fallen directly towards the window:( music.

Hi music I'm not sure of the exact weight only to say it's a monster to move and has built in wheels...when we moved back home after flood repairs it took three blokes to carry it!
I have to be fair and tell you it's used twice a day, every day. I rack up 6k in 30 mins and Mrs Pal hammers it for the same time too:D
New one expected next week and in the meantime good old fashioned stair yomping is the order:)

:) You just made my night!!! I never thought you would post the pic Nick.
82 pulse after 26 minutes is pretty good going.

Sorry Loopy, it is not Paladin at all - it is me asking to see him on his machine! It is a little "blurred" but we can see the shorts! :thumb: I will behave, I will behave, I will try!
