I've only got a small garden and want to plant some cabbage for the first time. I'm also not into spending huge amounts of money on unecessary garden gadgetry, but I don't want the bloody pigeons eating my cabbages! Anybody know a good place to get some poly tunnels, nothing posh and I really don't want to spend very much at all.:dbgrtmb:

Could you construct something out of 1" blue water-pipe hooped over and netted. Something like this (At one of our cummunity plots)

For ready made have you looked at Ebay?

I got enviromesh from ebay 4.2m x 1.5 for £9.50 delivered, i use this for carrotts and on the advice of Kristen when i posted a question about netting cabbage I am using debris netting which my father in law got from a skip at work.
