My dad has asked if anyone can help identify a plant that has appeared in his garden, he says it must have grown from seed and he hasn't a clue what it is, any ideas?

Hi that is Caper Spurge - Euphorbia lathyris.. Very attractive, but be very careful of the milky sap as it is an irritant & the seeds are poisonous.. :WINK1: It is a biannual & can pop up anywhere really.. Other than that an attractive weed..
