    Again 4 & 5 are Hydrangeas. Sorry, I have a mental block on some of the plants you have posted. Something to do with a senior brain malfunction. :heehee:

    I know what you mean sheal I just spent five minutes staring at the Phlomis in other thread thinking it looked like a Russell:doh:

    1) a Geum? 2) the leaves of said Geum?
    3) a Senecio or Brachyglottis as I think it's been renamed?

        The first one looks suspiciously like one of those weeds that get caught in a dog's coat and spreads everywhere.
        Number two is Japanese Anemone. I know because we've got hundreds of them! However hard you try to get rid of them they still keep coming back. They are pretty but they're an invasive menace.
