Ring culture

I tried this last year but neglected to use a control plant for comparison. This year I've grown 4 varieties of tomato, 2 of each, and have used ring culture on one plant of each variety.
Having seen the difference it makes, I'm fully decided that this is the way to go! Plants are bigger and healthier looking with greater numbers of fruit so if anyone was unsure before, give it a go. You don't have to have the expensive kit, I used old plant pots with the bottoms cut off.
