Plant with a 'helter-skelter' look to it...

    Well, to me, it looks kinda like a helter-skelter. It's my mother's garden and she wonders what it is. Can anyone tell me? Grateful thanks if you can.

    The leaves look a bit like myosotidium. I've never succeeded in growing it properly so don't know if it behaves like that.

    I wish i knew :) I know it is not but it almost looks like something that has gone to seed? :)
