Not sure what the first one is, but it's attractive. Taxus may be?
      2 agree a Ficus.
      3 a Camelia.

          Thank you. Much clearer.
I wonder where your pics have been taken?
          Is it Hong kong?
Normally in UK Ficus benjamina is a houseplant
Have you ever seen flowers on mystery tree?
I wonder if it might be Grevillea?

Yes these are in Hong Kong, I think that the Ficus used to be inside but it grew too large and we put it outside. I've never seen it flower, we've got 2 of the 'mystery plant's and they've been there for nearly 2 decades, looks like an overgrown bonsai tree.

            2. Definitely Ficus Benjamina. Below in two forms.
            3. Camellia or Gardenia.

              Could No1 be Podocarpus?
No2 is def, Ficus but would not like to say which one.
It seems to be suffering a bit.

No 3, looks very Camellia like, as I think has already been said.

thankyou all for the help, I will probably be either repotting the camelia or planting it in the ground.
