Just a quick hello before I start posting. I've been browsing for about a week now and have picked up some really useful advice. I have 1 question though, what is with "treetreetreetreetree"??? :snork:

Welcome to Gardeners Corner vr4fan. :) Treetreetreetree is automatically used to block out swear words used on GC.

Make yourself at home we're a friendly but loopy bunch. :heehee:

Hello and welcome. Treetreetreetree is a term we should never see on a family friendly forum such as this. Maybe unless we spell Parsely wrong.

            Good afternoon Dan,
welcome to Gardeners Corner. We're all OK if the sunshines a bit but kick off occasionally when it's cold wet and things won't grow.
            Always room for another nutcase,
            Jenny

Hi Dan, welcome to Gardeners Corner. I had to smile about the treetreetree thing as it bemused me when I first joined:scratch: :heehee: It's a system defence against possibly offending some members, although it is not unknown for a "discussion" to become a little "hot" regarding opinions and sometimes a comment interpreted possibly the wrong way. But all in all GC is a very friendly gang of people, with gardeners of all levels of experience from the outright beginner to the very experienced and even the specialists. There's plenty to GC apart from the gardening advice which is so freely given with subjects covering all aspects of life with a sometimes wicked sense of humour.:hapydancsmil:

              Welcome to Gardeners Corner:sign0016:

Its become an expletive in its own right on here, not unknown for some members to say they are Tree'd off about something:snork:
