Hi Pete, thanks for the quick response. I also posted these on an Arboriculture website today and got they came back with the Alianthus as well. Now you've suggested it as well I'm definately going with that.
Thanks for taking the time to look

:old: Richy I think you need to find a tree surgeon who is registered & Insured to give structural tree surveys. The sort Building societies often require.. Many tree surgeons are able to do this on request... I think I would call my own in & get an up to date survey done that will show if there is to be any structural damage before I had any work done...... OK you will have to pay for this type of survey, but better to be safe than sorry mate.. The last thing anyone needs to do is fall out with a neighbour..

Richy, I think I would call in my own tree surgeon now & get an up to date structural survey done.. The type Building Soc' often require... Not all tree surgeons are registered, qualified & Insured to do this so you will probably need to ring a few.. If you are not sure when that survey was done & if any damage would now occur it is better to be safe than sorry mate... It may cost you to have that survey done, but should anything happen your survey will stand up in court. I would now get that done ASAP...

William, it can't be a mango tree. They are not viable in this climate. :flag: :)
