      It looks like a purple version of a plant I have, Sedum Spectabile, aka Ice Plant apparently.

      Sedum telephium var ruprechtii (unless they have changed all the names again) form ,probably Purple Emperor, but there are a few purple leaved ones around. Leaves are different on Sedum spectabile.
