Fleece and Carrots

    Is it safe to remove the fleece of the carrots now or are there still carrot root fly about

    Start pulling your carrots, lose the fleece and enjoy!

    There's a remote chance of the odd one but on the whole they're gone by now

    Loofah, I very much doubt there will be a problem with carrot root fly at this time of year in Northern Ireland?
