Not really, 'Spammy' would me be working in a link to the the garden center selling them. Which would be a tad hard in this case because it's some guys home brew diy project.

I saw it whilst wandering the web and recalled the heated discussions that ensued around wether or not polytunnels should be allowed on plots. Aesthetic tastes aside these also stand a little higher than a similar traditional structure and wondered what the general feeling was towards them as they are so different to the norm.

Geodesic domes look good but I'm not sure of the practicality of small ones made of plastic. Definitely impractical as a shed!

Looks as though they would be too expensive in comparison to a polytunnel - especially repairs.

Are they available in the UK, or just at Garden Centers?

:pathd:Thank you "Scrungee" for spotting the spelling mistake.
I've seen a fair few odd shaped greenhouses over the years at garden centres but never a dome. Of course I live in the wilds of wettest Wales where there is a definite bias towards the agricultural side of gardening here.

It had to happen sooner or later. The Med biome and the Rain Forest biome are only a few yards apart, and I can't imagine there's much else to keep them occupied on a quiet evening, being in a disused quarry in rural Cornwall and all:)

Personally I think this great, but I bet the costs are prohibitive.
