Not a very nice welcome ...

    Hi Folks,

    I found this site while looking for reliable gardening RSS feeds, and joined up and posted (what I thought) was a decent response to a lawn question here (Lawn's a quagmire - http://gardenerscorner.co.uk/forum/threads/lawns-a-quagmire-help.47909/), as I have some experience in that area. The posts was informative, without links or advert, and I tried to explain in detail the rights and wrongs what was previously being suggested.

    Within minutes I was booted as being a spammer.

    I tried to respond to the email, but it bounced giving no address. I tried to reply to the contact page link, but that went to a "page not found" 404 error page.
    Subsequently, every single page I went to was a 404, page not found.

    I'm really upset about this, as I spent about half an hour writing my response and it's just been deleted, so I've made time to find another computer to come on and explain.

    Well done folks. Glad I was made to feel welcome. :dunno:

    I had a problem logging in yesterday kept getting the dreaded 404, it`s such a pain when you lose posts as you can guarantee it`s one you spent time and effort on.

    Anyway welcome Kris and stick with us as we appreciate people with knowledge.
