                1.What you need is to be able to turn the other cheek so much that your head is constantly revolving:heehee:
                2.Not to take any comment or remark made as personal to yourself;)
                3.Not to wear your Moderators uniform all the time only when you are on line:heehee:
                4.You must have patience,compassion,understanding in spades:heehee:
                5.A sense of humour is essential to laugh at yourself;)
                6.Everything in Moderators Moderation :)
                7.4 wheels are a distinct advantage over two wheels then when you are on the night shift you can sleep in the car;)
