    Hi new to Gardening and looking to pick up some great tips for the winter garden and to get rid of those pests such as slugs. [​IMG]

      I haven't had any issues with slugs this year, despite all the damp and dreary weather. But then, this is the year I introduced ducks into my garden. Not possible for everyone, I know; but I also keep chickens (who love slurpy slugs!) and I kept a chicken in a garden which was 36' x 36' (so fairly do-able). As a bonus, they give me fresh eggs (bonus!)
