Lots of the dwarf Iris (bulb type) are showing through, new growth on the rhizome type Iris.
The first of my Hermodactylus are emerging.
Ipheon have been in leaf for about six weeks.
    Allium nectaroscordum.
    Various Fritillaries.
    First Hellebore flower this morning.

And despite my best efforts, the Muscari are emerging everywhere! And Primroses in flower too.

One of my favourite Australian natives, Grevillea juniperina, has been in bloom for several weeks now.................

I've only noticed some tips from daffs, my chive is growing, no signs from my rhubarb though.

I have got some other seedlings showing but only two leaves at the moment and a bit of a mystery. Could be love in a mist, could be fennel or it could be weeds :dunno:

I love it when it could be love in a mist, better than a quick fumble in a fog:smile:

Likewise been ridiculously mild here for time of year. Aconites flowering and Snowdrops all but, even Clematis and a whole host of herbaceous stirring....not good! Weather is meant to revert to type by the end of this week so carnage envisaged! This time 2 winters ago we were around a balmy MINUS 15 degrees and yesterday was PLUS 15, bonkers:)

Didn't we have a very mild January spell last year? I seem to recall a day where my chooks were free ranging and I was wearing little more than a smile and a t-shirt :dunno:

I've got snowdrops, daffs, crocus, muscari, arum, celendines all through.

Hellebores just started flowering, primroses in flower since early December.

Rhubarb has new growth emerging and some of my clematis have 2-3 inches of new growth on them as do several perennials. Even the buds on the apple tree have noticeably got fatter over the last week!!

I feel like going out and whispering in their ears "calm down its only January" :heehee:....but then the neighbours might think I've got a bit nuts :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

Just noticed me daffs coming through so will have to leave a note out for the postie to watch out for them.
Hopefully they will not stand on them delivering those nasty bills. :hate-shocked:

I put a new rose in and between the postie and the idiots putting leaflets through the door they have trampled it to destruction.

It's not just bulbs and herbaceous plants emerging either, I noticed yesterday several Honesty seedlings have germinated in my front garden in the past couple of weeks.
