Ouchie!!! Have you put a bag of frozen peas on it? Should help with any swelling and pain - either that or empty the bar's ice bucket into a teatowel and pop that on.

 

I am having back spasms at the moment, trying not to take painkillers, hope it goes before I set off for my cruise on Sunday, I think you would be better if you borrow one of my wheat bags Coolsox

 

Stick with the G&T Pam....my Grandmother swore by it for her bad back...that's what she always told me anyway

 

I used to make those, pam but I used rice instead of wheat.

 

They are only 2-00, so can`t be bothered, that reminds me the one I was using last night is leaking ,must plug the hole..
