Because the Daily Express seems to think so:

I heard people grouse in London, particularly when they don't get their own way. :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

There are a few bottles of Famous Grouse - try as I might, I can't deplete the supply

Nothing wrong with the word 'double' in the same sentence as 'Famous Grouse' :heehee:

Have you tried the Snow Grouse yet?

I don't think he's after grouse, there was a knife man arrested a couple of days ago outside the Palace, a 12 bore is better than a taser. I was going to post an image of the knifeman but they are all too graphic, the guy was holding a proper knife to his own throat before he was tasered.

              Question....

HRH or not - why is that man walking around with a closed firearm?

Since I was 12, I've been associated with (and later a member of) a shooting syndicate, anyone seen just walking about as he is, with a closed firearm, would at the very least receive a severe reprimand. I don't care that he's on private land, the rules still apply and rules 2 and 3 when handling any firearm are ...

It should always be considered loaded until proven empty and, even then, still handled as if it were loaded.

When not shooting but when the gun out of its slip, it should be carried empty, open and over the crook of the arm, not over the shoulder or in any other way - i.e. not with your hand stuffed in a pocket.

              *Scrambles down off soap-box* :heehee:
