Years ago I built a raised bed for acid loving plants, I mixed compost, peat and fine bark in with some of my neutral soil.
    It worked well.
But after about three years it was not a raised bed anymore, it was a sunken bed.
All of the organic material had rotted down and was disappearing.
Unless you keep topping up, organic material will not add bulk long term.

It´s all very interesting what you guys say! I guess I don´t need organic material, as I only need it to level my garden and it´s all gonna be lawn (at least this year). For my 2 little raised beds I´ll mix it with something organic. I´ll let you know what source we are going for once we decide :)

Got a problem with soil still not able to supply what I want. They are not able to screen any topsoil at the moment as it is too wet. so have put back the delivery for a month, hope we get some better weather so soil will dry out .
