If you Google image then some pics are more apricot, so it's down to how good the camera is at capturing the colour :blue thumb:

A lovely rose, I'm sure he will reward your care next summer :imphrt:

I was planting out a dwarf rhodo this year and came across a spindly bit of a miniature rose, which I pulled out. Didn't get much root with it, but thought as an experiment I'd shove it in a bit of compost and lo and behold, it came alive and even gave me a couple of little red blooms, so I'm sure yours will too.

That's a coincidence, this thread. My wife recently visited a 'medium' and was told that my Dad (passed on a long time ago) said to get Whisky Mac. As my ground is Alkaline, I find a lot of plants struggle, indeed many are positively 'weedy' looking. I therefore plan to get this one and stick it in a decent size pot/container:)

Joolz Whiskey Mac was one of my late Dads favourite Roses and he grew some beauitful roses when he lived in Aberdeen.

              Its a beauiful Rose.

Hiya Joolz, that's a very kind offer:) Actually, it raises a question that I've had in my mind for ages, but never got around to asking. It's this, aren't 'bought' roses all on grafted rootstock? If so, won't cuttings revert back to 'type'?
